Chistmas Memories...

This year felt like something was missing.......Oh yeah right MOM & DAD!!!

Christmas just isn't the same without them :o(

We were SO excited though when we got to talk to them on Skype, they were just leaving to go visit the missionaries at the MTC, all the Senior Missionaries were taking over treats.

 I'm glad they got to do something fun for Christmas,

I didn't take a lot of picture's (just a few) but good memories just the same.

 Another blessed year (thanks to Stephanie, our secret Santa helper)

 All KaDee wanted for Christmas was Victoria Secret (she likes there PINK collection, so we got her gift cards and wrapped them in different packages to disguise them, it was fun to watch how excited she was.

She now has her online shopping done sweats & jacket should be arriving in 8-10 days (and we learned if you wait til after Christmas they ALL go on clearance). :o)

By the looks of all the boxes and wrapping paper the Francis' had a great Christmas!!

Matt's Birthday

This year Matt was stuck in Wyoming for his birthday (December 14).
Before he left on Sunday I hid birthday cards in the bottom of his suitcase, he was excited when he found them.
We planned that we would celebrate is Birthday that weekend and ride the Front Runner down to SLC.
We rode it to the Gateway where we ate at our favorite restaurant Z tejas, it was so yummy!!
After some shopping (of course, that's what girls do & Matt puts up with) we rode Tracks to go see the Temple lights, it was a perfect night, not too cold.
We came home and Stephanie surprised him with a Birthday cake she made.

We had a wonderful time celebrating with Teniece & Jason.

She's such a beautiful bride!!
One of my favorite moments was Grandpa dancing with all the girls, he was busting some moves!!
He told me he hadn't danced like that since before his & Grandma's mission over 50 years ago!!
I was a little worried about him wondering how sore he'd be the next day!!
What wonderful memories!!

Our Christmas Tree

I finally got our Christmas tree pictures uploaded.
We have a few traditions in our family, the first is we always put our tree up on Thanksgiving, and the other is that the girls get a new ornament each year (Precious Moments of course) so our tree is defiantly a girl tree (although I did buy some 'blue ornaments' just for Matt) :0)
This year Matt got the lights up and half of them didn't work so he had to take them back down and we made a quick trip to the store.
We love out tree!!
