Secondhand Serenade Concert 7-26-09

We surprised KaDee for her 15th birthday w/concert tickets to one of her favorite bands" Secondhand Serenade". The concert was @ Thanksgiving Point. We were really excited because the opening act was "Parachute" and there was also "2" bonus bands that we didn't know was going to be playing. " We shot the moon" and "Single File". They were all really good!! The girls were really excited because after they got to meet all the bands, and get their picture taken and auto's!! We didn't get home until around 1am. It was a long day but the girls really enjoyed themselves. This will be a birthday KaDee will never 4-get.

Family Reunion @ Crystal Ranch

Our family Reunion was at Yellowstone/Crystal Ranch. We drove out early Saturday morning and thanks to some great instructions on how to get there (thx Aunt Joyce). We arrived just in time for the family luncheon. We really enjoyed being with all our extended family. Spending time with grandpa and sharing in the memories of grandma.

We also had a "Bridal Shower" for our cousin Heidi. We played really fun games (which the Francis Girl's won "0", but they were fun none the less).
We had a "sleepless night" at grandpa's house, because it was too hot to sleep, and I think the bed upstairs is older then I am. :) we left for home right after grandpa left for church, we arrived home around 2pm, and our family took a very long nap!! KaDee was a little disappointed because she didn't get a "Smore", so I came up w/a clever idea of roasting our marshmallow's over our stove top w/a skewer (which works wonderful by the way). They were very yummy!!

**4th of July**

This 4th of July we all met at Janice & Stacy's house in Willard, UT.

Janice made our day very special, we even had "most" of the family make it. (missing: Laiken,Valya, Michael & Monica) Since Stacy work's for the city, we had a "special delivery" of the Mayor flying over in his plane and "candy bombing" us. The kids thought that was so cool!!

Stephanie's Graduation

Wow, the day we thought would "NEVER" come!! Stephanie graduated on June 5th, from Northridge. She was so beautiful, It's hard to believe that little girl who used to play Barbie's & baby dolls is growing up so fast!!
After graduation we took both sets of grandparents to Tepanyaki. It was so yummy (we loved every minute of it, most of us even caught the "flying shrimp"). Stephanie is so proud of her last report card that was a 4.0. Way to go Steph!!
