KaDee's Graduation

It was a busy morning on Friday June 1st, we had lots to do before we headed to the Dee Event Center in Ogden.
I had some mommy duties to take care of that I had forgotten to do earlier like sew a "secret pocket" into KaDee's dress for her cell phone. We learned from Stephanie's graduation that when the school tells the kids NO cell phones NOT to listen to them because you will NEVER find your kid after graduation because its a mad house!! So we came up with a brilliant idea to sew a secret pocket into her dress just big enough to fit her phone (which I might add worked wonderful!!).
Also, I had put off ironing her graduation robe, it looked like whoever had it last rolled it up into a ball and it stayed like that all year!! the wrinkles were SO hard to get out, it was such a pain,
I sent Stephanie down to pick up a balloon bouquet and when she got back she hung up graduation signs on our garage.
We left at 10:30am because I had ordered KaDee some flower's at Jimmy's floral and told them to have them ready by 10:30.
Matt wanted to go in one car so KaDee was told to close her eyes while we put her beautiful yellow and pink flowers in the back (Jimmy's always does such a beautiful job on flowers arrangements).
We got there around 11am and KaDee was supposed to line up by 11:15am.
We met Matt's Mom and Dad inside, his dad was nice enough to take alot of KaDee's pictures for us.
Her graduation turned out really nice and mom and dad only shed a few tears.
After graduation Matt's parents met us at Tepanyaki for her graduation lunch/dinner.
Our girls gave Matt and I a graduation card saying "Congratulations You've Graduated High School" it was then that we realized that we had indeed graduated high school, our baby was done and so were we.
Then in a blink of an eye it was over, no more pencils, no more books, no more teachers dirty looks....well for high school anyways :)
Later that night KaDee went to her "All Night Senior lock-in Party" at the high school where they stayed up playing until 6am (I was worried that Hayley, KaDee's friend would have to roll her in the corner because she would fall asleep but my baby girl surprised me and stayed awake for the whole night!!).
