Today was Matt's 46th Birthday. We celebrated by having Chile Verde Pork Tacos and Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Frosting and of course VANILLA ice cream!!
His cake looked like it was on fire!! (I made the mistake of not thinking where I was sitting & I was sitting right across from him, when he blew out his candles all the smoke went MY way!! they always say smoke follows beauty). LOL!!
